Review: Pioneer4You IPV D2
Our thanks to Canvape for providing the Pioneer4You IPV D2 for testing and review. Pioneer4You has really upped its game in the past year. They have released multi-use devices that support everything from Kanthal, Nichrome, Nickel, to Titanium coils. Now they release the IPV D2 does all that and is the smallest form factor available. It's all inclusive too, you even get a silicone skin in the box.
Review: Pioneer4You IPV3 LI
The Pioneer4You IPV 3 LI is a follow on product to the IPV 3. The early IPV 3 LI versions that are factory set to a maximum of 165W support Nickel (Ni-200) coils. You can upgrade the firmware that expands the wattage range to 200W and support both Nickel and Titanium coils.
Review: Pioneer4You IPV4
This is the first "in series" multi-battery system we have felt some measure of comfort in testing and reviewing. Pioneer4You has designed this unit with vaper's safety in mind. For example, the buck converter limits voltage to 7.0 volts and a maximum of 35 amps. It has a claimed efficiency of 95% and even USB charging port. The engineering behind this has to be solid and the specs indicate this.
Review: Pionner4You IPV 5
Our thanks to Canvape for providing the Pioneer4You IPV 5 for testing and review. Based on the Yihi SX330-200 chip, this device provides a good vaping experience, but has some disappointments.
Review: Sigelei 213
Our thanks to Canvape for providing the Sigelei 213 for testing and review. Incredible battery life span ... in our tests with heavy use, we managed to get 10 hours of vape time between charges. As with all Sigelei devices, it's accurate and efficient. This is definitely a keeper.
Review: Sigelei 75W TC
Our thanks to Canvape for providing the Sigelei 75 watt Temperature Control for testing and review. Sigelei is known for its high quality and super accurate devices. The Sigelei 75W TC is an exception. A competent temperature control advanced personal vaporizer.
Review: Sigelei 90W Plus (26650)
We've been looking forward to testing the Sigelei 90W Plus. It uses a 26650 battery and is temperature control. Finally, a company producing a temperature control device with a battery that promises much longer vaping time between charges. Does it deliver? Read all about it ...
Review: Sigelei 150W TC
Our thanks to Canvape for providing the Sigelei 150 watt Temperature Control for testing and review. Sigelei is known for its high quality and super accurate devices. The Sigelei 150W TC is no exception. A bit on the heavy side, but still smaller than its nearest competitor.
Review: Sigelei Fuchai 200W
Definitely not your square box mod we have been getting used to ... some unusual angles, and it works. Here's Sigelei's powerhouse 200 watt variable temperature mod. Our thanks to Canvape for sending a blue unit (to color match the new Nixon V2 class dripper with blue silicone seals and drip tip -- also from Canvape).
Review: Sigelei Spark
Thanks to Canvape for providing the Sigelei Spark for testing and review. This is near-identical to the Sigelei 90W Plus. The difference is that the Spark uses an 18650 and the 90W Plus uses a 26650.
Review: Smok Treebox
Our thanks to Canvape for providing the Smok Treebox for testing and review. Smok stable technology meets Zebrawood housing to provide an exotic vape experience.
Review: Smok X Cube II
Our tanks to Canvape for providing the Smok X-Cube II for testing and review. We are long term users of the Smok M80 Plus and thrilled to have an opportunity to testing the X-Cube II with dual replaceable 18650 batteries. They are connected in series. With an unusual actuating button bar, the combination of the Smok X-Cube II and the Smok TFV4 tank seems to be a match made in heaven.
Review: Smok XPRO M80 Plus
Our thanks to Canvape for providing this mini style box mod with huge 6.0 to 80.0 watt functionality. It's small but powerful. Available in four colors. The Smoketech M80 is unusual in that it functions as a regulated mod as well as a mechanical mod at the user's choice.
Review: Thirty-six Stratagems
Many tears ago, I read a book called The Art of War. Attributed to a military leader (Sun Tzu), the strategies applied to many aspects of business life. Sun Tzu is also attributed with the summary "thirty-six stratagems". The appeal of this mod was based on that.
Review: Vaporesso Target Kit
There has been much controversy about this device ... not the device itself, but the ceramic coils used in the tank. We received the silver version with the brushed stainless steel tank to test and review -- along with several ceramic coils. Rather than publish this review and join all the noise about the ceramic coil controversy, we ordered several packs and research out the independent lab reports. Read up and vape on!
Review: Vaporshark rDNA 40D
The new generation of rDNA has the Evolv 40 chipset and some significant new features including a super quick charging system (ZIP charge) and temperature control.
Review: Wismec Presa TC100W (26650)
Wismec makes some really good mods. We can add the Presa to that. The Wismec Presa is designed around a 26650 battery, but also includes a sleeve so that you can use it with 18650 batteries as well. It's quite ergonomic and fits nicely in the hand with its oval-type shape. Can use all known types of coils.
Review: Wismec Reuleux RX200
Our thanks to Canvape for providing the Reuleux RX200 for testing and review. Wismec in partnership with JayBo has released the RX200 using a custom chipset. It is designed to be similar to the Reuleux DNA200. The DNA200 chipset (by Evolv) is in limited supply, the RX200 is the answer. At a dramatically lower price, we test this and compare it to other 200 watt temperature control devices. Read our take on this.
Review: Yihi SXmini M Class
Yihi is one of the major manufacturers of chipsets for advanced personal vaporizers. The Yihi SXmini is their first foray into making the entire device. Their first SXmini is known as the S Class. This test and review version is the M Class. The main difference between the two is that the M Class has temperature control and is based on the Yihi SX350 J chipset.
